Saharsa’s Dr. Rohini becomes Mrs. Bihar-2023
The grand finale of Mrs. Bihar 2023 beauty contest was held on 29 April at The Aurum, Patliputra. During the grand program, Dr. Rohini of Saharsa won the title of Mrs. Bihar 2023. Swarna stood second and Shikha stood third. The program was inaugurated by IPS Vikas Vaibhav, famous singer Kalpana Patwari and organizer Praveen Sinha. After the inauguration, the program started with Ganesh Vandana.
The auditions of Mrs. Bihar-2023 (beauty pageant) organized by Ocean Entertainment were held twice in which 300 women applied but only 14 women were able to reach the final round. Whose names are Dr. Rohini from Saharsa, Sonia Gupta, Shikha Singh, Kusumlata Kumari from Patna, bank employee Anima Rani, Gold List Kumari Ramamani Swati Priya Rupa Kumari Somika, Madhu Singh, Pinky Ranjan, Sonia Gupta and Shivanya from Muzaffarpur.
To emerge victorious, the finalists had to go through different rounds. Through Retro, Cocktail, Indian and Question and Answer rounds, all the participants showcased their excellent IQ. Full of confidence, all the finalists performed brilliantly. All the finalists walked the ramp in front of Bollywood celebrities and hundreds of spectators. The women shared their feelings in different rounds, in which the enthusiasm and skill of the participants surprised everyone. The jury members included Mrs. India Monica Mani, famous singer Kalpana, film producers Farid Mallik and Amit Kumar.
This year’s event is being organized on the theme of Stop Violence Against Women. Praveen Sinha, MD of Ocean Entertainment, said that the winner of this contest will be involved in various activities as a brand ambassador for the upliftment of women across Bihar and the aim is to distribute sanitary pads in the village society and to make women aware about this by going from village to village and this step will be a big step towards women empowerment. Which has been started from Patna. Distribution of sanitary pads and awareness program has been started among rural women in the villages of Patna.
